The Child Care For Every Family Network brings together the people directly involved in and impacted by child care—parents, providers, and advocates—to build a racial and gender justice-centered child care infrastructure that is accountable to those who have been most harmed by our lack of investment and currently underfunded programs. We are convening families, organizations, and providers across localities, states, and the nation to develop shared strategies to fundamentally transform child care.

The Organizing Director for Network Capacity plays an integral role for the Child Care for Every Family Network and works with Network leaders, members, allies and supporters to develop greater alignment in our work to win universal, equitable child care. Reporting to the Co-Directors, they assist with developing training, cohorts, curriculum, and other opportunities for engagement with the Network; ensuring strong cross-collaboration and communication across the network’s leaders and programs. This is a senior role and requires a strong background in organizing, coalition and network-building, popular education approaches and curriculum development.
